BA in Economics from the UIC and PDD from IESE, began his career in real estate sector, where he has spent most of his career. He was director of the Real Estate Business Unit of the Mediterranean Eurobank, National Director of Sales and Marketing of Ferrovial Inmobiliaria, and Chief Sales and Marketing Promhogar.

He worked as a risk analyst at CETELEM and later as director of the Commercial Agency in Galicia and Aragon. In 2003 he moved to Madrid to join Ferrovial Inmobiliaria as sales of the downtown area, and later joined the Duprocom promoter. He graduated in Business Administration from the UPV.

He was responsible for sales Telecor department for five years before joining the team as head of Ferrovial Inmobiliaria Ventas in Madrid, Country Basque and Canary Islands. He graduated in law from the UC and MA in Human Resources Garrigues Andersen.

Linked to the commercial and advertising in specialist media and other companies for years, began his career in the advertising department of the Construction News and later joined the company Dynamobel. For 14 years he headed the commercial department of MPM Rehabilitation and comprehensive reforms.

Trained as an architect, has spent most of his career at Acciona Inmobiliaria, where he has served as delegate for Andalucía Oriental, delegate to Almeria and technical director. Previously, he worked in GPI, Project Management and Real Estate.

Lluis has been linked to environmental management and property development since the beginning of his career with TPA (Techniques for Environmental Protection), a company attached to the FCC's environmental area, and later was responsible for plant residues Setresa Belgian multinational, and responsible for solid waste from the German corporation RWE. In the late 90's has been linked to several construction companies and promoters (such as MPM Rehabilitation and comprehensive reform and Lupams Management), until he joined the team Blocksales.
